The Hunter 34, designed by Cortland Steck and built by Hunter Marine in the early 1980s, was aimed at providing a performance-oriented yet comfortable cruiser for coastal sailing. With over 800 units built, it became one of Hunter’s most recognizable models, offering a wide 11.58-foot beam and a tall fractional B&R rig that enhances light-air performance. Her interior is spacious for a 34-foot boat, with a large cockpit and comfortable accommodations suitable for weekend cruising.
