DESCRIPTION Assumable moorage is available at North Saanich Marina! This Hunter 420 is a beautiful beautiful boat that is heated and is air conditioned and ready to move aboard! All lines are led aft to make for easy single handing, The center cockpit design provides very large living quarters and has 6'5" headroom in most spaces and 13 feet 10” beam. Her center cockpit provides 360 degree view making docking a breeze. She is a pullman layout with a double berth forward and head forward and aft cabin. The aft owner's aft cabin is extremely large with plenty of room to walk about on either side of the centerline queen berth with a very comfortable 7" inner spring mattress. There are night stands on both sides of the bed, a slide-out desk, large hanging lockers and numerous shelves and dresser drawers all of beautiful teak wood. The private head has a vanity with Corian countertops, sink, Vacu-Flush marine toilet and shower. As you enter the boat, there is a very large galley on the port side with Corian countertops, refrigerator, large freezer, stove, microwave and all the amenities you need to be comfortable while out cruising. The main salon has a double settee to port which sits across from the U-shaped dinette table and a very large navigation station on the starboard side. Forward there is a guest cabin with a Pullman double berth to starboard with drawers underneath. Across to port are hanging lockers, drawers and a seat. In the bow there is a private head with Corian counter/sink and shower. On deck she has a furling headsail and in-mast roller furling mainsail, electric anchor windlass and full cockpit enclosure with covers for windows in the enclosure.
