Troy Hamilton

Born and raised in a marine environment, Troy's passion for boating started at the tender age of 9 when he completed a trip from Victoria B.C. to Point Roberts W.A. in a 10ft Livingston dinghy followed closely by his parents on board their Monk 36. Today Troy, his wife Tamara and three children spend their weekends cruising the local waters of the Pacific NW. It is Troy's goal to provide his clients with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Gord Allan Owner - Service Manager/Certified Marine Technician

Gord Allan

Gord comes with a great resume with many years in the marine industry and is highly respected by his peers, as a certified marine technician.

Born in Vancouver and growing up in the Gulf Islands before moving to the West Coast of Vancouver Island, Gord has been a life long boater. From commuting to school on the islands to commercial crab fishing on the West Coast his life hasbeen on the water. Through high school, Gord apprenticed at the Pioneer Boat Works under Eric Caswell, learning the old ways of repairing and building commercial fish boats. After completing highschool Gord moved to Victoria, where he completed a Marine Service Apprenticeship at Quadrant Marine Institute. Gord now co-owns Bayview Yachts Sales & Service Ltd. and heads up the service department. Gord also spends many week nights teaching at Quadrant. Still an avid boater Gord enjoys every available moment on the water with his wife and hound.

Larry Glowasky

Larry's passion for sailing was ignited after acquiring a sailing dinghy at the age of 9. He has been involved in the marine industry for the past 47 years. From captaining private yachts for distinguished owners to managing charter fleet operations around the globe, Larry provides an enormous amount of experience dealing with all facets of yacht ownership. Those that know him can’t help but enjoy spending time with him as he recounts his own boating experiences. Always smiling and helpful, Larry looks forward to meeting new people daily and assisting them with their boating needs.

Stuart Copeland -

Stuart Copeland

Born in England, Stuart has spent most of his life next to the sea. He lived for more than a decade in the Caribbean. He has had a breadth of different experiences on boats: learning to sail on dinghies in the UK, working on dive boats in the Cayman Islands, working on super yachts around the world, racing and delivering boats around the Eastern Caribbean, building wooden boats in Antigua, making many ocean crossings, and sailing his 38’ sailboat around the Caribbean. These days Stuart can be found sailing with his young family and racing around the buoys as often as possible. He looks forward to swapping stories and finding the boat that’s right for you.
