DESCRIPTION 1968 Grenfell Aft Cabin Motoryacht "HONU II"Is one of two 40' Grenfell Yachts built in Vancouver in 1968, that has been boathouse kept and professionally maintained by Abernethy & Gaudin in Brentwood Bay. The mechanical maintenance has been done by Ben Gartside of Gartside Marine Services in Sidney. She is equipped with an Electro-Guard Bonding System, and had major upgrades to the 110 Volt wiring. She is absolutely gorgeous, unique and is in sound condition. A full "Dave Richardson" refit was undertaken in 1999, in which $100,000 was spent by the previous owner. The refit included refastening, new house and decks, interior and more! Many upgrades have been completed under the care of her present owner. This Classic vessel is in Bristol "show boat" condition and must be seen to be fully appreciated. Her 45' boat house features easy entry, curtain, enviro-floatation, 30 amp power both to port and starboard and a low voltage "electric otter fence", is available to purchase upon the sale of the vessel.
