OTHER DETAILS The fo’c’sle cabin has a vee berth, port side private head and shower and starboard hanging locker. The salon has a port side U shaped settee and table, the galley area is to starboard. Steps lead up to the center cockpit. The cockpit has a port helm station and port and starboard lockers, aft steps lead down to the private aft cabin. The aft cabin has a raised queen berth and port and starboard hanging lockers. Force 10 2 - burner propane stove with oven. 12 - volt refrigerator. Ample storage and preparation counters. Hot and Cold Domestic Water. Upgrades include modernized the shore power wiring. Installed an invertor. Updated the 12 volt electrical system, board and wiring to standards. Converted the aft berth to a queen size. Converted the port V-berth storage to a holding tank. Added a Force 10 2 burner galley stove and oven. Note: All sail replacements referred to done with slightly heavier offshore weight Dacron from UK sails. Mainsail replaced by UK sails with a fully battened main with bat-cars. Installed lazy jacks. Had UK sails replace all the canvas work. Replaced the genoa and roller furling (Harken), replaced the mizzen sail and added lazy jacks, added a whisker pole and preventer gear for down wind sailing. Most interior and navigation lights bulbs were replaced with the first generation LEDs early 2000's and in the last couple of years the interior ones have been replaced with better quality, current LED lights. Added Nexus2 instruments with a Nexus2 server. Dinghy davits replaced with heavy duty stainless ones from Ocean Marine Systems. Autopilot replaced with a Comnvav system . Vessel repowered with a Yanmar 4JH4. The original alternator replaced with a 90amp Balmar with Max-Charge multistage regulator. Added oversized double Racor filters. Fuel tanks replaced with aluminum tanks. Gate valves and rigid fuel lines were replaced. Moved the engine exhaust to the stern. Installed new propellor. PSS shaft seal replaced. Transmission overhauled. Starter motor replaced. Alternator replaced with Bosch 100 amp externally regulated by the pre-existing Max Charge 3 multi stage regulator. Had a new inverter installed. Added ICOM class B AIS receiver. Added two YachtDesign NMEA 183 multiplexers, one with WiFi, that create WiFi access to the Nexus GPS and iCom AIS info. From those multiplexers there is also a Serial to USB converter that makes the NMEA 183 data accessible to a computer by USB. New VHF radio plus ICOM waterproof handheld VHF. Installed a Lowrance HDS-7 system including broadband radar. All the stainless standing rigging (Steve White Rigging). Replaced foam bedding for the aft cabin. Canvas (cockpit and sail covers) replaced around 2015. Interior and cockpit upholstery and cushions replaced by RCB Upholstery. Installed Magma BBQ with professionally installed propane supply. 390 watts of solar panels (3 x 330W, each with it's own Victron controller) 1 mounted on davits and 2 can be mounted on on forward bows. 4 new 240AH 6 volt deep cycle house batteries (2 series pairs in parallel for 480AH @ 12V). New 12V dedicated starter battery. New 12V outboard motor battery. Upgraded the dinghy davits lifting lines. All wiring harnesses and sensors replaced in engine area. House fresh water pump replaced with fixed flow unit with accumulator tank. Replaced steel propane tanks with two 30# aluminum tanks.
